	Some vacancies are so urgent, so important, and so costly; an all-out focused search effort is all that makes sense.

For those situations, we offer Strong Mining Company’s Retained Search Option:

Reasonable rates (negotiated depending on difficulty of the search) We cover ALL candidate sourcing expenses (all phone expenses, advertising, direct mail, etc. are covered, but you are still responsible for candidate travel and interview expenses) Timing of payments: 1/3 of the estimated fee is due at the launch of the search, 1/3 when you bring in your first candidate for on-site interview, and the final 1/3 when the successful candidate starts with your company.

	We will dedicate a team of recruiters to the job until a hiring decision is made and an offer is accepted.
